dew diet
I've heard that if I would just give up Mt Dew that I'd lose weight. Well, we shall see. What prompted me to do this at this time is that during my personal financial literacy class I learned that I spend approx. $553.28 a year on Mt. Dew. So perhaps I can save money and lose weight. During a normal 7 day period I consume usually at least 140 ounces of Mt. Dew. This past week I've only have 78 ounces. Almost a cut in half.

in school again
This week and next I'm taking a Personal Financial Literacy class for teachers at UCO in Edmond. It's designed to help teachers meet the requirements of the new graduation requirement Passport to Financial Literacy.
